DONKEY KONG 3 CONVERSION PROJECT

It's been a while that I wanted to transformed my "vs super mario" nintendo cab into a donkey kong game.

It happen after I found the perfect conversion kit: a "donkey kong 3"

Here is a picture of the vs super mario cab...ready to be convert.

ps: the cab is whyte, because the previous owner paint it that way ;-( i know i know ...

first, i hack the vs mario to the DK3 PCB... did also some cable cleaning ...

The sound amp was dying so I installed a new one, that add also a video converter. That will help if one day the monitor fail, I will have just to replace it with a regular one.

Nintendo monitor video is inverted, so you can plug there PCB in any regular arcade monitor.

Then i installed the art work, marquee, bezel, and control panel

I love it, what a great game !!!!
